My obligation is to help you every step of the way.  Locating your perfect home is not always an easy task and obtaining a mortgage loan can be a complex, sometimes confusing process.

And because we are a TEAM, my duty to you is to make sure you pay the LOWEST price possible!


Your First Step

Your first step to buying a home is to ask yourself these questions. WHY, WHERE and WHEN?


WHY do you want to buy a home? To build equity? To have a place of your own? To start or raise a family?


Next is the WHERE? Where do you want or need to be? Is it for work, retirement, or to be closer to family? 


Think of yourself as honing in on a target, going from the broad strokes to the specific. Consider area (city, suburban neighborhood, country); community (north, south, east, or west side); neighborhood (older and settled or sparkling new; a particular school zone; recreational facilities; and other community services such as transportation, day care, library, stores, entertainment). Ask yourself how many minutes you are willing to commute to work?


And then there is WHEN?  Do you have an urgent need or do you have months, or even years to make your final decision?

This key question will impact prices, inventory and availability as market conditions and interest rates fluctuate.

Currently (12/02/20) interest rates are low and the market is very active.

Once you have addressed the above needs, your next step is to get pre-qualified with a mortgage company or bank.
